We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Executive Assistant
to support our executive leadership team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling communications, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth execution of executive priorities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track tasks, deadlines, approvals, and executive follow-ups.
- Support daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Assist in organizing company events, leadership meetings, and business visits.
- Prioritize urgent matters and help executives stay focused on key business priorities.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience supporting C-level executives is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, technology company, mobility, logistics, or service-based business.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
