Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Riyadh.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing detailed expense reports, and handling correspondence.
The role also involves maintaining clear and efficient communication on behalf of the executive team and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and maintaining calendars
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and handling related financial documentation
- Proficient in providing comprehensive Executive Support and facilitating the needs of senior leadership
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including document preparation, data management, and general office organization
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
