Dubai Real Estate Development · Executive Assistant & Interpreter - Mandarin Speaker
We are a boutique residential development company rooted in Dubai, looking for a highly capable all-round assistant for a long-term, stable role working closely with the principal.
What You'Ll Do
1、 Handle daily bilingual (Chinese-English) communication, business coordination, and document translation
2、 Liaise with Dubai government authorities on approval and permit processes, and drive project delivery
3、Compile property data, conduct market research, and produce analytical reports
4、Drive and accompany site visits, property inspections, and manage local field operations
What We'Re Looking For
1、Fluent in English — spoken and written, with strong business communication skills
2、Familiar with how Dubai operates — government procedures, local institutions, and real estate processes preferred
3、Data-savvy with clear logical thinking; able to independently handle market research and data analysis
4、Valid UAE driver's license with confident driving skills
5、Reliable, detail-oriented, highly executable, and loyal — with a genuine drive for long-term growth
6、Emotionally intelligent, composed, and skilled at building business relationships and broker networks
What We Offer
