We are a leading industrial equipment and engineering solutions provider specializing in the design, fabrication, and supply of pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, petrochemical equipment, and customized industrial manufacturing solutions.
With extensive experience serving the oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, EPC, and industrial sectors, we are expanding our presence across the Middle East and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, industrial end users, consultants, project owners, and procurement teams.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, LinkedIn, and direct client engagement.
- Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and investment opportunities within the oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, water treatment, and industrial sectors.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Promote the company's products and engineering capabilities, including pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, process equipment, and customized fabrication solutions.
- Work closely with engineering, estimation, and commercial teams to prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipeline, and business development reports.
- Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives, and business growth goals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events throughout the GCC region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Prior experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, engineering services, EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and project-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and develop long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC countries as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing network within EPC contractors, refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, and industrial organizations.
- Familiarity with tendering procedures and procurement processes.
- Experience working with fabricated equipment, process equipment, or industrial projects.
