We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive **Executive Assistant** to provide executive-level administrative support and oversee business operations to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to senior management, providing comprehensive executive support while coordinating office administration, business processes, and cross-departmental operations.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items across multiple departments.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, government authorities, and service providers.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Support budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of executive priorities.
- Organize corporate meetings, events, and executive visits.
- Assist with HR administration, onboarding, document management, and corporate records.
- Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Minimum 10 years of experience** in executive administration, business process management, office management, or corporate administration.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C-level management.
- Strong understanding of business operations and administrative best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business collaboration tools.
- Experience within the education or training sector is considered an asset.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
