Position Summary
The North Land Institute of Training is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of digital marketing experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate student leads, and support enrollment growth across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, analytics, and lead generation strategies, preferably within the education, training, or international student recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilitiesdigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the institution's enrollment and business objectives.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly digital marketing plans and budgets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Paid Advertising Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
• Performance Max Campaigns
- YouTube Advertising
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns across:
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- Snapchat and other relevant platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and lead generation.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage social media communities and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to promote programs, events, student success stories, and institutional achievements.
Lead Generation & Student Recruitment Support
- Develop digital campaigns to generate qualified student leads.
- Optimize lead conversion funnels and landing pages.
- Work closely with Admissions and Recruitment teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze enrollment-related marketing metrics.
Search Engine Optimization (Seo)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages.
- Monitor organic search performance and implement improvements.
Content Marketing
- Create and manage digital content including:
- Website content
- Blogs
- Email marketing campaigns
- Newsletters
- Promotional materials
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and external vendors when required.
Website Management
- Maintain and update institutional websites.
- Improve user experience (UX) and website conversion performance.
- Coordinate website enhancements and digital integrations with IT and external developers.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
• Meta Business Suite
- Other analytics platforms
- Prepare regular reports on:
- Lead generation
- Website traffic
- Conversion rates
- Campaign ROI
- Enrollment performance
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, and service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure marketing objectives are achieved within budget.
Compliance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable advertising regulations, institutional policies, and data privacy requirements.
Qualificationseducation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is considered an asset.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing large-scale Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Experience in education, training, higher education, or international student recruitment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- SEO/SEM
• Email Marketing Platforms
- CRM Systems
• Marketing Automation Tools
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
