Overview

We’re looking for a

high-energy, process-driven Strategic Executive Assistant

to work directly with the CEO..

This is

not

a traditional administrative EA role.

This role is for someone who enjoys

structure, systems, learning, and execution

— and takes pride in helping a CEO operate at their highest level.

About The Role

  • As the Executive Assistant, you will be the
  • guardian of the CEO’s time, focus, and priorities
  • .
  • You’ll work across:
  • Calendar Management (primary and non-negotiable)
  • Email Management
  • Office & internal coordination
  • Travel coordination (with a Lifestyle Assistant)
  • Learning capture & follow-through
  • Clear SOPs and processes already exist.
  • Your role is to
  • master them, follow them consistently, and execute with discipline
  • .

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the CEO’s calendar end-to-end
  • Enforce defined scheduling rules and weekly structure
  • Protect focus time, health routines, and priority work
  • Triage and manage the CEO’s inbox
  • Draft responses and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Capture action items from learning and strategy sessions
  • Ensure ideas and insights translate into execution
