Experienced Event Sales Coordinator focused on UAE weddings and events.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and coordinate with operations for event delivery.
Location and schedule
- Based in Oud Metha, Dubai.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM in the office; Saturday work from home, with a six-day working week.
- Compensatory days off apply for event attendance as applicable.
- Work location is in person, and event attendance at different locations may be required.
Pay and benefits
- Salary is AED 4,500–7,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Company visa and medical insurance are provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable wedding and event packages.
- Build client relationships, achieve sales targets, and upsell services to increase booking value.
- Coordinate with the operations team and attend events at different locations when required.
Requirements
- Mandatory UAE events sales and wedding events experience.
- Proven ability to convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Flexibility to attend events at different locations.
