Business Development Executive focused on logistics and freight forwarding business growth across the MENA region.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop opportunities across sectors requiring logistics services.
- Approach prospective customers, understand needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage prospecting, quotations, rate negotiations, follow-ups, and closing.
- Build client relationships, support retention, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor markets, competitors, industry activity, and new opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
- Monitor customer credit and outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare MIS reports on time.
- Travel frequently for client meetings, market visits, and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of business development experience; logistics, freight forwarding, or related services are preferred.
- Understanding of the MENA business environment.
- Communication, negotiation, relationship-building, CRM, and reporting/MIS skills.
- UAE residency, valid Emirates ID, valid UAE driving licence, and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel frequently; proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach.
Compensation
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace and travel
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE; frequent travel for client and market visits is required.
