A Dubai hospitality business seeks an experienced, customer-focused barista for its Global Village team.
The role involves preparing quality beverages and serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and beverage-preparation equipment.
- Take orders and provide accurate service.
- Keep the beverage station clean and organized.
- Monitor and replenish stock.
- Follow hygiene standards and maintain consistent beverage quality.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is required.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service; good customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Applicants must have their own valid UAE visa and be available to join immediately.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
- Company-provided transportation is the only benefit; accommodation and other additional benefits are not provided.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, in-person work at Global Village in Dubai.
