Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the planning, execution, and day-to-day operations of UAE-led exhibition pavilions at international events.

The role involves coordinating multiple operational workstreams, ensuring seamless visitor journeys, and maintaining high standards across logistics, staffing, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of operational frameworks and service models.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Oversee daily operations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure readiness across visitor services, logistics, and facilities.

Team Coordination

  • Assist in onboarding and training operational staff.
  • Support staff welfare initiatives and scheduling.

Logistics & Compliance

  • Ensure alignment with host event regulations and requirements.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination.

Stakeholder & VIP Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing VIP visits and special engagements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Track operational budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Reporting & Knowledge Sharing

  • Prepare operational updates, reports, and post-event evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Events Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or large-scale events.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in international or multicultural environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
