The Event Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events to support business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
This role ensures seamless event delivery from concept through completion while managing budgets, vendors, and stakeholders
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esPlan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and internal functio
- nsDevelop event concepts, themes, and detailed project plans aligned with business goa
- lsManage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requiremen
- tsSource, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and supplie
- rsDevelop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI optimizati
- onWork closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Communications, etc.) to align event objectiv
- esOversee event timelines and ensure all deliverables are executed within deadlin
- esManage on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and quick problem resoluti
- onCoordinate event marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing tea
