Remote contract role seeking an ETL Technical Lead with 5+ years of experience.
Leads ETL development initiatives and designs scalable data integration solutions.
The source description is truncated during the required technical skills section.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design, development, implementation, and support of ETL and data integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain IBM DataStage processes, jobs, sequences, scripts, mappings, transformations, and workflows.
- Translate requirements into scalable ETL solutions and manage deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
- Guide developers; troubleshoot production and data quality issues; optimize SQL and database performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and participate in reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Follow enterprise standards, security, and governance practices; provide documentation and status and risk reports.
Required technical skills
- 5+ years of software development and technical/project delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on IBM DataStage experience and expert DataStage scripting knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of ETL, data integration, transformation, and processing.
- Expert database knowledge and strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
