The role covers quotations, project cost estimation, site inspections, site coordination, and supervision of maintenance and technical works.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant UAE experience in technical services, interior fit-out, or construction.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and assess project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-off sheets; calculate material, labour, equipment, and other costs.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site activities to ensure work follows approved specifications and drawings.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedules; prepare material lists, work schedules, and progress reports.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and tools at project sites.
- Identify additional work and prepare variation quotations when needed.
- Keep projects within approved budgets and timelines.
- Follow up with clients on approvals, completion, and handover.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
