The role generates new business, develops client relationships, and promotes technical maintenance services across Dubai.
Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for technical maintenance services.
- Build relationships with clients, contractors, and property management companies.

- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in business development or sales.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in maintenance or technical services is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Dubai market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
