Fit-Out Estimator position with two vacancies.
The role is located in the UAE.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 9,000–11,000 per month.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and market rates.
- Strong quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant estimation software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for fit-out projects.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material and labor cost estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and commercial teams.
- Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals within deadlines.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and aligned with project requirements and budgets.
- Maintain records of estimates, quotations, and project costs.
