Requirements
- At least 7 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is required.
- Strong procurement experience in fit-out and interior construction projects is required.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, joinery, MEP materials, and suppliers is required.
- Experience sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and negotiating with suppliers is required.
- Ability to prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation is required.
- Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market pricing is required.
- The role requires coordination with project, estimation, QS, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills are required.
- Candidates must manage multiple procurement requirements and meet project deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out projects.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Review material specifications and coordinate with project teams.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Ensure materials meet required quality and project specifications.
