Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out and construction site activities.
- Coordinate site engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
- Monitor progress and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure civil and fit-out work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and procedures.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.
- Identify site issues and coordinate resolutions with the project team.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and interior fit-out activities.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Good site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 6,000–7,000.
- Other benefits are as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
