Permanent Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer position focused primarily on lead management, client relationships and business development.
The role seeks a candidate with communication skills, client relationship ability and interest in generating business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on incoming business leads and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development activities.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams on client handling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate lead, interaction and follow-up records.
- Support client meetings, presentations and commercial discussions.
- Work toward lead-conversion and business-development targets.
Requirements
- Background in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Good organizational, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Proactive attitude and interest in sales, lead management and business development.
- Relevant construction, civil engineering or quantity surveying experience is an advantage.
Compensation and employment
- Permanent employment with fixed monthly salary plus commission.
- Advertised pay is AED 8,000 to AED 11,000 per month.
- Performance-based earning potential.

- Working hours are flexible.
Work location
- Work is in person in the UAE.
