Experienced Estimation Engineer role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in the Estimation / Projects department.
The role focuses on accurate, competitive project quotations for interior fit-out, joinery, retail, commercial, exhibition, and similar projects.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Estimate interior fit-out, joinery, civil, metal, acrylic, signage, and related works; perform quantity take-offs.
- Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, rate analyses, project budgets, commercial quotations, and tender submissions.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and coordinate cost information across procurement, production, project, and technical teams.
- Analyze project costs, identify scope gaps and commercial risks, and attend clarification meetings or site visits when required.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants, prepare variation estimates, maintain costing records, support value engineering, and meet tender deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Relevant Estimation Engineer or Estimator experience; interior fit-out and joinery estimation experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of materials, production processes, installation methods, subcontracting costs, BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and project costing.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong numerical, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; KSA/GCC experience is preferred.
- Saudi Arabia availability and immediate or short-notice availability are preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at SAR 10,000 per month.
