Hiring: Estimation Engineer – Facilities Management
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FM estimation, tendering, costing, and proposal preparation for hard and soft services, including MEP maintenance, HVAC, civil works, cleaning and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, and pricing for FM projects and contracts
- Review RFQs, tenders, technical specifications, and drawings
- Analyze manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Conduct site visits and technical surveys when required
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines
- Support business development and operations teams during tender submissions
- Monitor market pricing and identify cost-effective solutions
- Maintain estimation records and tender documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Facilities Management or MEP estimation
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC FM market and AMC contracts
- Experience handling hard and soft FM services estimation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
