ESKO Flexo Hardware Application Engineer

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and support assigned ESKO software and hardware solutions.
• Integrate ESKO and prepress solutions into customer production workflows and define system workflows.
• Provide onsite and remote post-sales training, guidance, and application support.
• Handle technical cases from initial issue through final resolution and liaise with vendor support teams on escalations.
• Compile product problem reports and research technical issues.
• Lead classroom and web-based training for new and existing customers.
• Participate in internal, cross-functional, peer, and ESKO-sanctioned training activities.
• Maintain professional customer interaction, satisfaction, and knowledge of the flexo product portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or BE in Printing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft SQL installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use computers with Windows and iOS operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of flexo prepress is preferred.
• Knowledge of ESKO products and relevant third-party software is a plus.
• Color management implementation experience is advantageous.
• Salesforce and ticketing tool experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, follow or provide direction, and interact positively with customers and team members.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
• Customer training may be delivered onsite and remotely.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 13,000 per month.
