About This Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development personnel to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge in Real Estate, proven sales experience, and knowledge in Yardi.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of proven experience in sales, within real estate, software and technology enabled IT services
  • Knowledge of Yardi is essential
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Currently based in KSA or willing to relocate to Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
