About This Role

We’re hiring an experienced ERP Pre‑Sales Consultant with 3–5 years in ERP solutions to showcase ERPNext’s value, guide clients through needs discovery, and support our sales team in closing high‑impact opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight ERPNext’s capabilities and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to design tailored ERP solutions aligned with each client’s goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and RFP responses, clearly articulating business value and ROI.
  • Conduct needs assessments and business‑process analysis to recommend the right modules and workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and Q&A sessions.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships to support long‑term client partnerships.
  • Stay updated on ERPNext releases, new features, and industry trends to give informed recommendations.
  • Train and enable the sales team on ERPNext functionality, benefits, and how to handle common objections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pre‑sales consulting, preferably with ERP solutions such as ERPNext.
  • Solid understanding of ERP modules and functionalities (e.g., Finance, HR, Inventory, Projects, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical ERP concepts into clear business benefits for clients.
  • Proven experience in contributing to sales success and influencing key buying decisions through pre‑sales support.
