Hiring an Environmental Manager focused on Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP) and permitting.

Experience and requirements
- 10+ years of relevant Environmental Management experience.
- Proven CEMP implementation experience on construction sites.
- Strong experience in environmental permitting and regulatory clearances.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with environmental inspections, audits, risk management, and sustainability.
- Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Education and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering is mandatory.
- Level 6 Environmental qualification is preferred, such as an International Diploma in Environmental Management.
- The posting lists a NEBOSH Environmental Diploma or IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management.
- The posting lists ISO 14001 EMS Lead Auditor Training.
Responsibilities
- Manage environmental management activities for construction work, including CEMP implementation.
- Coordinate environmental permitting and regulatory clearances.
- Support environmental compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
- Conduct or oversee environmental inspections and audits.
- Apply environmental risk management and sustainability practices.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on environmental matters.
