Entertainment & Events Frontline Attendant
Role Overview
The Entertainment and Events department creates guest experiences through performances, workshops, characters, and LEGO-brand events.
Frontline Attendants may perform behind-the-scenes work, direct tasks assigned by team leaders or supervisors, and support entertainment activities.
The role represents LEGOLAND Dubai throughout the park and at periodic off-site special events.

Role Overview
The Entertainment and Events department creates guest experiences through performances, workshops, characters, and LEGO-brand events.
Frontline Attendants may perform behind-the-scenes work, direct tasks assigned by team leaders or supervisors, and support entertainment activities.
The role represents LEGOLAND Dubai throughout the park and at periodic off-site special events.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform LEGO character mascot work and chaperone LEGO characters.
- Host activities and games during special events.
- Host tours in the LEGO Factory.
- Dance in street shows and dance workshops.
- Assist with preparation and installation for park events, including late-evening work when required.
- Assist with or host building experiences, activities, and additional games.
- Perform in small dance performances.
- Act as an usher by directing guests, controlling crowds, answering enquiries, and providing seating directions.
- Maintain safe conditions and high guest-service standards during guest interactions.
- Support day-to-day Entertainment and Events operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year of experience in an operational role in hospitality, entertainment, or dance.
- Previous experience in entertainment, theme parks, or childcare is advantageous.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email.
Physical Attributes
- The role requires fitting into IP costume characters.
- A height between 155 cm and 162 cm is stated as mandatory.
- A slim or petite build is stated as mandatory for costume characters.
Work Setting
- Work takes place throughout the LEGOLAND Dubai park and Hotel, with periodic off-site special events.
- The role may include seasonal, festive, random street-act, and late-evening event requirements.
