Join the LEGOLAND Dubai Attractions Team and help bring rides and attractions to life.
Ensure every guest enjoys a safe, exciting, and memorable experience while interacting with families from around the world.
Guest experience and park support
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm, energy, and a smile.
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service that creates memorable moments.
- Help maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the park.
- Work closely with fellow team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ride operations
- Complete specialist training with certified trainers.
- Operate rides and attractions according to Merlin safety standards and operating procedures.
- Ensure guests understand ride requirements and are safe at all times.
- Respond professionally to operational situations and emergencies.
Safety duties
- Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and training.
- Report unsafe conditions or concerns immediately.
- Use equipment responsibly and only as trained.
- Help protect the wellbeing of guests, colleagues, and yourself.
Qualifications and skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English is required for training and operational documentation.
- Positive attitude, communication skills, customer service mindset, reliability, responsibility, and safety focus.
- Comfort working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and working in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a passion for fun and guest experiences.
Working environment
- The role is based primarily at outdoor attractions and rides.
- The position involves standing for extended periods and working outdoors.
