Role Description

The Enterprise Training Specialist (Emirati Talent) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, focused on designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate training programs for enterprise clients.

This role involves conducting needs assessments with clients, aligning training content with organizational objectives, and customizing learning solutions for different departments and job roles.

Daily responsibilities include developing training materials, presentations, and assessments, tracking learner progress, and preparing reports and recommendations based on training outcomes and feedback.

The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and subject matter experts, providing post-training support to participants, and continuously updating content to reflect industry best practices and client needs.

Key Requirements

  • Generate new business opportunities in the training and professional development sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, and corporate decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, quotations & commercial offers tailored to client needs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Follow-up with clients and ensure long-term relationship management
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation
  • Background in Customer Service, with the ability to build positive relationships with corporate clients is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple training projects simultaneously, and adapt content for different industries and learner levels.
  • Emirati Talent with strong Arabic & English language skills is highly desirable for effective engagement with local enterprise clients.
