English & Arabic Trainer (Children & Teenagers)

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English and Arabic to children and teenage students
• Plan and deliver highly engaging and interactive lessons
• Develop creative classroom activities and learning exercises
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom materials
• Encourage participation, communication, and confidence-building among students
• Maintain professional communication with parents and management when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Arabic, Linguistics, or a related field
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred
• Strong command of both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Experience teaching children and teenagers
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Creative, energetic, and student-focused personality
• Strong lesson planning and activity-based teaching skills
• Ability to make learning fun, engaging, and interactive
• Passion for innovative teaching methods and student engagement
• Experience with educational technology and modern teaching methods is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in language training centres, schools, or educational institutes
• Knowledge of phonics, conversation practice, and language development techniques
• Ability to teach different age groups and learning levels
• Experience conducting online and classroom-based sessions
