Immediate Hiring – Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

Off Day: Friday

Candidates currently in Qatar only.

Sparkia is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in managing client accounts, digital campaigns, social media marketing, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Generate and optimize leads through paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts for Sparkia and client portfolios
  • Create content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Coordinate directly with clients and manage multiple accounts
  • Create static social media designs and marketing creatives (preferred)

Requirements

  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns
  • Excellent communication and account management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and deadlines
  • Creative mindset with strong marketing understanding
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage

  • Agency experience
  • SEO knowledge

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
