Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **HSE Trainer** to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct HSE training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations.
  • Develop and update HSE training materials in line with local and international safety standards.
  • Evaluate trainees understanding through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE training or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and emergency response.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required
