Reliability Engineer opportunity at AMIC-TOHO Titanium Metal Company, based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering.
The role focuses on reliability and availability of major instrumentation equipment and critical instrument systems.
Responsibilities
- Review designs and update maintenance strategies for critical instrumentation equipment and systems.
- Analyze equipment data, improve repair techniques, and ensure maintenance quality.
- Lead and facilitate reliability integrity studies (RIS), coordinate activities, and ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
- Update reliability analyses to support company KPIs, reliability best practices, and continuous improvement of plant assets.
- Document and communicate assigned work, track activities, review inspection work, and maintain records.
- Maintain HSE standards, address technical issues with stakeholders, monitor data, troubleshoot unit problems, and report to senior engineers.
- Perform engineering tasks to applicable codes, regulations, and standards, and develop supporting documentation and plans as directed.
Minimum qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering, Control System Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reliability-related software such as SAP, Meridiam, or RCA software.
- Skills and knowledge include analysis, problem-solving, communication, risk and project management, statistical analysis, reliability engineering, inspection and integrity, fitness for service, mechanical codes, process safety, and incident investigation.
