Overview
Rafeeg is expanding its engineering operations to enhance service quality across home improvement and renovation projects.
The selected candidate will act in a consultant-like role, similar to engineering consultancy practices in large-scale projects, ensuring proper inspection, quality control, and supervision of contractors.
This role is critical in strengthening Rafeeg’s quality assurance model, aligned with our strategy to build an internal supervision team for project oversight and execution excellence .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections for customer requests (maintenance, renovation, interior works)
- Act as a technical representative between Rafeeg and contractors
- Review scope of work, quotations, and technical specifications
- Ensure quality of execution and compliance with agreed standards
- Prepare inspection reports and recommendations
- Support customers with technical clarity before and during execution
- Follow up on project progress and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in site supervision, maintenance, or construction
- Good understanding of home improvement and renovation works
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple site visits daily
Compensation
- Salary: AED 5,000 per month
