The Reception Agent cares for guests from arrival through departure and helps create a memorable stay.
What you will do
- Greet guests, handle check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts.
- Take initiative to add personalized touches to the guest experience.
- Promote hotel facilities and seek opportunities to enhance stays through upselling.
Experience and skills
- A service-focused personality is essential.
- Prior experience with Opera or a related system.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
