Lead the bar team and create an exceptional beverage experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team.
- Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations.
- Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement.
- Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders.
- Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
