Senior Manager – CRM & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned to wider marketing objectives.
• Plan, schedule and deliver promotional campaigns, newsletters and automated customer journeys.
• Manage audience segmentation and database targeting to maximise engagement and conversions.
• Create, build and deploy email campaigns using leading ESP platforms.
• Work closely with content, design and digital teams to produce compelling email communications.
• Implement personalisation strategies to improve customer experience and campaign performance.
• Develop and optimise customer lifecycle journeys, including engagement, retention, nurture and reactivation campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content and send times.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, retention metrics and customer engagement.
• Produce regular reporting and data-driven insights, making recommendations to continually improve future campaigns.
• Work within a fast-paced marketing environment, managing multiple campaigns, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ensure database integrity, compliance and email marketing best practice.
• Provide guidance and support to a junior Email Marketing Developer.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Proven experience managing audience segmentation and customer journeys.
• Demonstrated experience developing engagement-led, nurture, retention and lifecycle email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve future communications.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and campaign metrics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field preferred.
