We are working with a leading logistics business in Dubai that is seeking an exceptional Treasury Specialist to join their global finance team.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations, collections and working capital management, combined with strong exposure to the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations across multiple entities.
- Oversee collections, receivables performance and working capital optimisation.
- Coordinate carrier, vendor and operational payments.
- Manage banking relationships, treasury administration and funding requirements.
- Prepare treasury reports, reconciliations and support governance and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with finance and operational teams across international locations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of treasury and finance operations experience
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, banking operations and working capital
- Experience within logistics and freight forwarding sectors is highly preferred
- Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
