ELV Engineer in the Building Division, working on building construction projects in Dubai.
Projects focus on luxury villas and high-end residential developments.
The role requires 10–12 years of UAE experience; immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Design, review, and coordinate ELV systems for luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
- Prepare and review ELV shop drawings, layouts, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Manage CCTV, access control, structured cabling, data and voice networks, intercom, video door phones, SMATV/IPTV, and home automation.
- Coordinate ELV systems with electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, and interior fit-out teams.
- Review IFC drawings, tender documents, specifications, and consultant requirements.
- Ensure proper integration of ELV systems with other building services.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications.
- Review material submittals, technical documents, and method statements.
- Monitor site progress against approved drawings and project schedules.
- Attend inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of UAE ELV engineering experience in building construction.
- Mandatory experience in luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, intercom, SMATV/IPTV, and home automation.
- Experience in design coordination, shop drawings, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and applicable ELV standards.
- Able to review drawings, specifications, material submittals, and project documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; able to manage activities, resolve site issues, and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay
- AED 6,000–12,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
