Design responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for luxury villas, high-end residential buildings, and other building construction projects.
• Prepare and review electrical calculations, drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Design and coordinate power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and small power layouts.
• Prepare load schedules, load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and single-line diagrams.
• Design and coordinate lighting control, earthing, lightning protection, and low-current systems.

Coordination and compliance

• Review electrical drawings, design briefs, architectural layouts, and project specifications.
• Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, ELV, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE electrical regulations, local authority requirements, project specifications, and applicable international standards.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, material specifications, design reports, and other engineering documentation.
