Electronic Technician - Vehicles

To perform high-quality vehicle dismantling, installation, diagnostics, and accessory fitment by applying

strong hands-on technical expertise in electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and CAN/LIN communication.

The

role ensures accessories and electrical components meet standards for safety, quality, and functionality,

while maintaining workshop discipline through strict adherence to safety rules, 5S practices, and continuous

improvement.

» Perform dismantling and installation of vehicle parts following standard work procedures.

» Pro knowledge in CAN BUS & LIN BUS communication systems and troubleshooting

» vehicle wire harness routing and repair

» Accessory bench testing & validation with electrical and electronic gadgets like multi-meter, oscilloscope,

etc

» Incoming & outgoing quality inspection of accessories

» Install accessories and conduct comprehensive fitting checks to ensure alignment with vehicle

specifications.

» Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including wire harness tracing and restoration.

» Utilize diagnostic tool to identify faults, reset functions, and program ECU-supported

accessories.

» Conduct body electrical fault diagnosis and prepare detailed technical reports.

» Perform accessory and electrical component bench testing to confirm functionality before vehicle

integration.

» Inspect incoming and outgoing accessory parts to maintain quality compliance.

» Maintain accessory inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) system for stock rotation.

» Safely operate workshop tools, measuring instruments, and equipment.

» Implement and sustain 5S practices to keep the workshop organized and efficient.

» Always adhere to workshop safety rules and procedures to ensure zero-incident op
