Role Purpose
Al Masaood is the official distributor of Instagrid and currently the sole distributor across the GCC.
We represent market-leading portable battery power solutions that replace diesel and petrol generators with clean, reliable, grid-quality electricity for professional use across the construction, film & media, and emergency services sectors.
The purpose of this role is to ensure successful deployment and operation of Instagrid One units and breaker modules by providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting to clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct product installations and client training
- Provide technical support during pre- and post-sales phases
- Maintain technical documentation and FAQs
- Liaise with engineering teams for feedback and improvements
- Obtain knowledge of the required product certification for various applications
- Schedule and manage client visits and support sessions
- Track and resolve technical issues independently
- Stay updated on product updates and technical standards
- Calculate products compatibility with the client’s application
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience with portable power systems or similar tech
- Technical problem-solving and diagnostics
- Strong communication and training delivery
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Safety and compliance awareness
- Valid driving license is a must
