Position Objective
The position is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the Building Management System and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning System under the direction of the Project Manager or Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem.
- Basic knowledge of AC, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, particularly in busy commercial buildings and warehouses.
- Knowledge and experience in BMS panel and field device termination work.
- Experience in BMS testing and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with MEP staff and third parties for all kinds of maintenance activities.
- Read BMS drawings based on pipe, duct, containment, and other MEP site installations.
- Conduct frequent site verification if required.
- Recommend changes for improvement in the system, methods, and procedures.
- Understand and instruct the team to adhere to local safety regulations.
Requirements
