Efficiently assign and distribute project resources, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
Construction and planning
- Support the introduction of construction methods and machinery that improve construction processes.
- Promote logistics planning, productivity measurement, reduced material waste, and efficient labor and equipment use.
- Keep assigned construction work within agreed timelines and budget.
- Prepare construction schedules, manpower histograms, submittal and drawing logs, and two-week look-ahead schedules with project teams.
- Coordinate project submittals and drawings and resolve shop-drawing clashes with the Project Manager.
Site coordination and materials
- Assign responsibilities to on-site staff and supervise staff attendance and productivity.
- Coordinate subcontractors to maintain the construction schedule and implement safety requirements with the Safety Officer.
- Follow up with suppliers, issue material requisitions, and oversee purchases, deliveries, and site-store material movements with Procurement.
- Attend weekly look-ahead meetings and coordinate site-related matters with consultants and supervisors.
- Issue inspection requests to QA/QC and ensure the AQC logo is placed on site panels.
Project closeout and people management
- Review variations, change orders, and time extensions with project management and provide feedback on project impact.
- Assist in preparing project closeout reports and training and developing construction personnel.
- Assign tasks to site engineers and foremen as directed by project management.
Experience
- At least 8 years of electrical projects experience is required.
Pay
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
