The employer seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer with extensive Gulf-region experience managing large-scale projects.
Location and work setting
- The role is based in Doha, Qatar.
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and annual budgets for maintenance spares and expenses; train and supervise staff, including scheduling.
- Analyze major failures and recommend corrective actions; verify preventive maintenance, repairs, and material requirements in the CAFM system.
- Conduct site visits and technical analysis, perform cooling load calculations, and submit condition reports.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical systems and ensure compliance with NFPA and QCDD standards.
- Provide 24/7 coverage with minimum staffing per shift; support project upgrades and technical reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the Gulf region.
- UPDA/MMUP Grade B certification, NFPA 72 (Fire) certification, and CompEx Ex01-04 (Electrical) certification.
