About the Company
AK Building Contracting L.L.C. is a Dubai-based building contracting company delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate site electrical works in line with approved drawings, specifications, and DEWA requirements.
- Review shop drawings, load calculations, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, MEP subcontractors, and the site team to keep work on schedule.
- Carry out site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Prepare and submit inspection requests, DEWA and authority approvals, and NOCs.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with HSE standards.
- Prepare progress reports, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Support project handover, including as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in building construction, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of DEWA regulations and authority approval processes.
- Experience with LV systems, power distribution, lighting, small power, and ELV coordination.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
