Support the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects in coordination with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Help deliver work safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Site execution and supervision
- Supervise daily site activities against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain the schedule.
- Monitor workmanship and material quality, and raise and close out site issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Technical work and documentation
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs and raise RFIs when clarification is required.
- Prepare and submit material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Arrange consultant inspections and follow up on inspection requests and approvals.
- Support quantity take-offs and measurements of completed work for progress billing.
Planning and reporting
- Help prepare and follow work programmes and site schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports; track scheduled progress and report delays or risks early.
- Attend site and coordination meetings with consultants and the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 1–3 years of construction experience as a Civil Engineer.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices; able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office, especially Excel; good communication and coordination skills.
- Available to join immediately.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
