About the role

Document management

• Maintain design-stage logs covering concepts, schematics, renderings, specifications, BOQs, and IFC drawings.
• Issue documents, IFC drawings, and specifications; maintain registers and engineering-document logs for shop drawings, submittals, method statements, RFIs, as-builts, samples, and CVIs.
• Issue NCRs and SORs as instructed, follow up on corrective actions, and file close-outs.
• Organize project documents on the server by project and serial order; handle printing, scanning, filing, and binding.

Coordination and meetings

• Coordinate document collection, submissions, and follow-ups with engineers and consultants; circulate correspondence and responses to relevant teams.
• Manage email correspondence and provide engineering documents to the development team.
• Attend daily meetings, prepare and circulate minutes, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
• Collect daily progress updates, maintain tracking sheets, and prepare requested schedules, forms, and tables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2+ years as a Document Controller or in a similar role; construction or engineering experience is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel; familiarity with project management processes.
• Strong data organization skills and attention to detail; available to join immediately.

Pay

• AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
