Role overview
Kids First Group is seeking an Early Years Educator for an immediate start.
Qualifications and experience
- A minimum Early Years qualification is required, such as CACHE Level 3, a bachelor's degree, HND, BTEC in Childcare/Early Years, or PGCE.
- English as a first language is required.
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar setting is required.
- Candidates must be proficient and experienced in delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum.
Responsibilities and attributes
- Support children’s learning and contribute to extracurricular activities.
- Communicate with colleagues and work collaboratively and flexibly.
- Build positive relationships with nursery members and parents to support children’s happiness and learning outcomes.
- Bring a creative, enthusiastic approach and continue learning and improving.

- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, collaboration, organization, and work ethic are sought.
