Role overview
Seeking an Early Years Educator to join the group for an immediate start.
The role supports children's learning and development in a nursery setting.
Qualifications and experience
- A minimum Early Years qualification is required; examples include CACHE Level 3, bachelor's degree, HND, BTEC in Childcare/Early Years, or PGCE.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar setting is required.
- Candidates must be proficient and experienced in delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum.
- English as a first language is required.
Responsibilities and approach
- Deliver the EYFS curriculum and help ignite students' passion for learning.
- Contribute to extra-curricular activities and work creatively inside and outside the classroom.
- Work with parents to support children's happiness and academic outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues, work flexibly, and build positive relationships across the nursery.
- Bring enthusiasm and a commitment to learning and professional growth.
