Role overview
Kids First Group is seeking a Data Analyst.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and calls for 2–4 years of business data analysis experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze enrolments, camp conversions, and class performance against targets and previous-year results.
- Benchmark nursery profit and loss performance, including revenue, cost, and EBITDA per child, and identify profitability opportunities.
- Analyze parent payment patterns to support collection efforts and cash-flow forecasting.
- Analyze parent demographics, including nationality, workplace, and residential area, to identify customer trends.
- Monitor leads, conversion rates, and lead sources against targets and previous-year performance.
- Identify red flags, trends, and business opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications and skills
- Have 2–4 years of business data analysis experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or relevant business field; equivalent analytical experience and relevant certifications may also be considered.
- Have advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and formulas.
- Have working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Bring strong analytical, data-cleaning, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Python/R, data modelling, and relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Education or nursery-sector experience is preferred but not mandatory.
